Welcome to Mr. Rakel's new digital home. He now can split his time between the library we all know and love, and this strange but interesting world online. This site will be forever shifting and changing as I stumble across new ideas, dust off old ones, and change my mind on others. This is especially true in the coming days, weeks, and months.
